Failure to comply with the above procedure may result in the participant being ineligible to collect the entitlements. The Organisers will not provide any shipping or delivery services of the entitlements. Any finisher entitlements that remain uncollected after the collection dates, will be dealt with at the organiser's absolute discretion.

  11. The Organisers reserve the right to change the time period of the run.

  6. All content uploaded for the event's purpose, in whatever format can be used by the Organisers for event publicity, during and after the event, subject to our discretion.

  7. The screenshot of the run for submission must be from one of the verified apps: Runkeeper, Strava, Nike Run Club, Adidas Running, and Google Fit. 4. Winners will be expected to produce the proof of identity (in the form of their Identification Card or passport) and a screenshot of the email stating that the participant has won a prize for verification purposes. If the winner is unable to come down to collect their prizes themselves, another member of the team may be appointed to collect the prizes on the winner’s behalf. The member helping the winner collect the prize will have to present proof of identity (in the form of their Identification Card or passport) and a screenshot of the email stating that their team member has won a prize for verification purposes. The Organisers will not provide any shipping or delivery services of the prizes. Any prizes that remain uncollected after the collection dates, will be dealt with at the organiser's absolute discretion.

  5. The Organisers will have the final say for any disputes regarding the prizes or run submissions. In the event that a specified prize is unavailable, a prize of similar value will be given, subject to our sole discretion.
