Akhil Doegar is CEO of Navigator Investment Services, an integrated investment platform under leading financial services provider Singlife. He took on the role in December 2021 with the mission of enabling advisors to better serve investors across their wealth journey holistically.

Akhil is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial industry. Prior to taking the helm at Navigator in December 2021, he held various key positions at DBS Bank, making significant contributions spanning nearly 20 years. His track record attests to his ability to build strong teams, drive change, as well as identify and capitalise on new value streams.

Akhil has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from NUS.

Bryan Choo founded TSL Media Group in 2013 when he observed that coverage of Singapore was lacking a hyperlocal nuance and was instead filled with negative sentiments intertwined with anti-government rhetoric.
​
He envisioned a platform that showcased the best of Singapore by locals, through quality and meaningful content. This quickly became what we know now as TheSmartLocal.com.
Today, Bryan is the CEO of TSL Media Group, a media tech collective that is home to 8 well-loved brands, including The Smart Local, EatBook, Zula and MustShareNews. Apart from having the largest Telegram distribution network in Singapore, the Group also currently manages 20 targeted TikTok channels.

Today, TSL Media Group generates an annual viewership of over 200 million page views and 200 million video views across all platforms, through helpful and positive content.

Lynette Lee is the Founder/CEO for HUMA, a sustainability due diligence venture incubated by Standard Chartered Ventures as a Venture Lead.
​
In her role, Lynette focuses on driving initiatives and start-ups in Sustainability (ESG) space within the Fintech innovation industry.
Her functional responsibility is in advancing ESG-integration standards and driving the evolution of such stewardship through spearheading collaborative ventures with industries.
​
Integral to this stewardship is taking a strategic path to generate sustainable best-practices. Lynette believes in constructive engagement with key stakeholders on ESG and strategic issues to support stronger performance to achieve positive and enduring outcomes in the ESG ecosystem.

Shirley is a results-driven, determined business leader and entrepreneur who has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the IT & Technology industry. Currently she is the Managing Partner of TNF Ventures Pte Ltd, a seed and early stage venture fund that focuses on technology startups.
​
Shirley co-founded Frontline Technologies in 1994, and was listed on the Singapore Exchange in March 2001. Under her stewardship, the company grew from a team of eight to a 5000 strong workforce spread across 11 countries in Asia Pacific. Subsequently, the company was acquired by British Telecom Global Services in March 2008.
​
Since 2013, her focus shifted to investing in technology-based startups and mentoring startups while remaining keenly passionate about entrepreneurship and innovative technology to drive efficiencies. In the startup scene, she actively helps startups to secure funding and gain market access. In contributing back to the eco-system, she has been appointed as the Entrepreneur-in-Residence to catalyze the creation of investor ready startups by assisting Singapore Management University’s Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship to develop a world class incubation programme. She is recognized as Singapore 100 Women in Tech 2020 for her contribution to the tech sector.

Lee U-Wen is Deputy News Editor at The Business Times, Singapore's only financial daily. He joined the newspaper in January 2008 as a Political Correspondent on the macroeconomic and government beats, with a focus on Singapore and Asean politics. He began his career in journalism at TODAY in 2004, covering a range of beats including politics and education.

U-Wen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Minor in Journalism and Mass Communications from Seattle University, in Washington, USA.
